Professional world

The summer after that I collaborated with aRQe studio doing building tasks mainly, but they were all related to architecture. I worked on energy studies, drawing duties and even measured some commercial premises where a reform was to be made. That summer ended up being really useful to understand how was the architecture professional world.

A year later I started an internship in Windmill structures studio, at that point I knew I liked structures, but I was not sure about that being my future specialization. My stay in that small studio, newly opened when I arrived, was quite stressful. The amount of work and how fast it needed to be done made me improve my agility using AutoCAD. I mainly worked on plan, elevation and construction detail drawings. With time and practice I ended up learning how everything worked.

The summer after that I started in BAC.ECG studio, where I still work. It is a huge company with an important background in the structures world (previously known as BOMA). Nowadays the company has grown as well as the number of fields in which they work, such as facilities, edification and civil work... I wanted to start in the structure field and I am really happy about that, I think I have been really lucky with my colleagues, people that help me and explain anything to me any time I need it. In addition, having concluded all the strctures subjects makes it easier for me to understand what they explain to me.
